Novocare Global Health Consultants (“Novocare”, “we”, “us”) provides an advisory-only second-opinion service. This marketing site does not collect Protected Health Information (PHI). All PHI is handled only inside our secure portal at app.novocareglobal.com.

What we collect on this site

• Basic contact information if you email us (no PHI).
• Anonymous analytics (if enabled) with no cookies.

What we do not do

• We do not display physician identities to patients. All opinions are issued by the “Novocare Medical Review Panel”.
• We do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions on this site.

HIPAA

For PHI, we use HIPAA-aligned controls within the secure portal, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and audit logging. Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are executed with applicable vendors.
